Application forms and leaflets will be available in schools. Some schools will be hosting their own parents’ meetings or inviting the exchange manager to talk to the students in assemblies or in class.

November
Return of application forms plus deposits to the student exchange office via the school.

December/January
Pairings take place.

January
Students hear about their partners (sent via schools) and travel arrangements will be confirmed.

Students and families make contact with each other.

March
Pre-exchange meetings for students, parents and accompanying staff.

April (7^th/8^th to 21^st/22^ndApril 2009)
First stage of the exchange takes place in Bristol and the surrounding area.

May/June
Students keep in touch before the second leg of the exchange.

July (21^st/22^nd July to 4^th/5^th August 2009)
Second stage of the exchange takes place in Bordeaux and the Aquitaine area.
