Application forms and leaflets will be available in schools. Some schools will be hosting their own parents’ meetings or inviting exchange staff to talk to the students in assemblies or in class.
November
Pairings take place.
December
Students hear about their partners (sent via schools) and travel arrangements will be confirmed.
Pre-Exchange information meeting dates to be confirmed
January
Students and families make contact with each other.
March
Exchange information meeting for students, parents and accompanying staff.
April
Easter leg for those going to Bordeaux in April.
May/June
Students keep in touch before the second leg of the exchange.
